OPCW Director-General Ahmet Üzümcü, was invited to address a ceremony at the Gemeentemuseum in The Hague to announce this year’s recipient of the Vincent Award, one of Europe’s leading art prizes. The biennial award is intended both to encourage European talent and to promote communication in a free, united and peaceful Europe. The work of the winner, Anri Sala, was exhibited at the Gemeentemuseum along with that of four other artists who were short-listed for the award.
